Enterprise Plan Case Study

We have chosen the following two Enterprise Plan Case Studies as examples of our pricing for public school districts, charter schools, and private schools:


CASE STUDY  # 1... The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) is the second-largest in the nation, serves over 600,000 students in kindergarten through twelfth grade at over 1,000 schools. The District also has over 200 independently-operated public charter schools, authorized by the Los Angeles Unified School District Board of Education.


  • During the 2016–2017 school year, LAUSD served around 734,641 students, including 107,142 students at independent charter schools and 69,867 adult students. During the same school year, it had 26,556 teachers and 33,635 other employees.

Our proposal for this district would be as follows:


Our platform can be deployed district-wide for a one-time setup fee of $500 per school ($500,000), plus a flat monthly fee of $250 ($250,000 per month ($3,000,000 per year) or $4.08 per student / year).

CASE STUDY  # 2... The Hawaii State Department of Education is a single, statewide school district with 287 schools (254 regulars, two special, 31 charter) plus 11 adult education schools on seven islands. The department employs about 13,000 teachers. The DOE formulates policy for the public schools and the Hawaii state library system.


  • Department announces 2018-19 enrollment figures for public and charter schools. Hawaii's public and charter school enrollment for SY2018-19 is 179,698 in total.


Our proposal for this district would be as follows:
